Hello friends....

I've been talking to Freaky. She mentioned something about Teamspeak, and was wondering on how many are interested in actually participating with it. I have been looking at ways to set it up and what u actually need for it. If you are interested in participating your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Sorry, ummm actually for 15 people to use it. Its 4 dollars a month, but its 5 dollars for 20 people. The payment is only to pay for hosting the server, which means only ones person has to pay the monthly fee. I'd set it up but I'm currently not employed.

Teamspeak does not need to be hosted on a server. Whoever has the fastest connection, can host it locally and then have people connect to it via IP. BUt then you have to weigh up the electricity bill vs the server bill.

I'll use it when i get my mic and sound card sorted. And when my albatross18 ban comes to an end " longdesc="68" />

Well I will tell you that we use it for my clan on RoK......And i think he only pays like 5 bucks for it.....I tell you it saves on typing thats for sure......

no but someone has to host the server....but what i was saying is it costs 4-5 dollars a month to rent a server............I'm just going by what i read....I'm not exactly positive on it all.......but thanks meep for clarifying.

M, if you get a hold of Dave he can help you out with the TS2 server, he has one and has offered us a channel on it. If you need his number let me know. ^_^


Oh and btw, still need to find out who will be taking over the maintenance of this site so I can get things transferred to their name. If anyone is willing please send me a message or let Freaky know so that we can do that.

guys! i se up teamspeak my friend dave was nice enough to let us use him ther are gonna be some rules tho we can only have 7 at us on at one time at the most we have our own room ther its listed under freakydragons so please go ther and no fighting. the server addy is 85.234.155.60:8964 your usernames on the forums are your user names ther and all your pw's are cake.
